How does the Free plan work?
When you sign up on the MalParqueao app you get 5 free chatbot queries. After that, you earn 7 points for each additional query by reporting approved violations or participating in the community. There is a daily cap of 10 queries to keep the system sustainable. Reporting violations is always free and unlimited.
Why is Pro worth $10/mo?
The legal chatbot processes your questions against more than 1,300 official traffic documents (Law 63-17, decrees, INTRANT and DGTT resolutions) and cites exact sources. Each query consumes compute and AI model capacity. Pro gives you 50 daily queries without earning points, saved history for later reference, and priority support. If it saves you one fine or one INTRANT trip, it pays for itself.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime from your Account section, no penalties or questions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then. The next month is not charged.
Refund policy?
No refunds. Service value is delivered immediately on subscription (chatbot access, history, support), so the charge corresponds to service rendered during the period. Choosing not to use it or using it sparingly does not entitle you to a refund.
What you can do anytime: cancel renewal from My account. You keep Pro access until the end of the already-paid period, and no subsequent periods are charged. Your account returns to Free when the period expires.
Which countries is it available in?
MalParqueao and the chatbot focus on the Dominican Republic — the legal content covers Dominican rules (Law 63-17, INTRANT, DIGESETT, municipalities). You can pay and use the app from anywhere with an international card, but the content is RD-specific. Accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and debit from Dominican and foreign banks.
What happens if I cancel? Do I lose my history?
On cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period. After that you return to Free (5 initial queries + earned by points). Your chatbot history is kept for 90 days after cancellation in case you resubscribe. After 90 days the history is permanently deleted.

Pro subscribers have priority email support at [email protected] with response in under 24 business hours. Free users can email us too — we respond when possible, usually within 72h.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) processed by Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay available from mobile. The charge appears on your statement as MALPARQUEAO PRO.
